Shipping Delay Information
We take great pride in delivering an exceptional online shopping experience to every customer, every time.
Our normal average processing time for most orders is under 48 hours. However, due to an increased order volume, we are currently unable to ship every order immediately.
Because of the number of orders that are currently in our shipping queue awaiting shipment, each new order will be added to the end of the queue, and each will be shipped at the earliest possible time, in the order that it was placed and as inventory allows. The average processing time is currently between 7 and 10 business days ( Monday-Friday, not counting weekends or holidays), but your order could be shipped sooner.
