The Forest Feast features 100 wholly vegetarian recipes, and most only call for three or four ingredients resulting in fresh, easy, wholesome dishes. Erin Gleeson was inspired by local produce and natural beauty around her which lead to this book. Among the delightful recipes are eggplant tacos with brie and cilantro, rosemary shortbread, and blackberry negroni.
